Kathy and Randy’s Destination Wedding took place on 12-12-12 at the London House Property on gorgeous Grand Cayman Island Seven Mile Beach. The bride wanted a beautiful sunset location on an island where the ocean was an amazing blue color, and she got it! Thanks to Ann’s Photography, Destination Wedding Photographer, for sharing some of her favorite photos with us!
Not only are Kathy and Randy the happy Bride and Groom, but they are also proud grandparents of 7 grandchildren!
Ann used a combination of techniques to capture the images, off camera flash, natural light, some candid and some gently posed. She also has underwater gear so the couple could rock the dress underwater.
Ann’s Technique:
I am very clean and simple with my post production. The underwater scenes have a texture layer on them to enhance the water light patterns.
Equipment Used:
Camera bodies: 2 Nikon D700, a Nikon D300S, Lenses (all Nikon) 70-200mm f/2.8, 17-35mm f/2.8, 50mm f/1.8, underwater is a 35mm f/1.8, several speedlights and an ice light video light.
