Giving Back to Help Consumers and Generate More Business Exposure for Members.
Starting immediately we will be giving away $200 to one consumer every quarter towards the photography services of any paid member of WeddingPhotoUSA.
Anyone can enter, but only entrants who ultimately book your photography services for their upcoming wedding (or any event) are eligable to win.
The process is simple. First we will draw at random a winning consumer and contact them to see if they booked a photographer listed on WeddingPhotoUSA. Second we'll contact you to make sure they have a contract in place for your services. Third, once their event takes place and they owe for your services we will send them an official WeddingPhotoUSA gift certificate to redeem for $200 off your photography services and we'll send you confirmation of the certificate. Finally we will send payment directly to you, our member, towards the account balance of the winning consumer.
All of your current customers who have not made final payment for your services are eligable to win, all you need to do is contact them and tell them that your membership with WeddingPhotoUSA makes them eligable for the chance to save on your photography services.
We will be sending out wide-scale press releases the week of July 7th through July 18th to promote the contest and to bring more attention to our association and your business. The entry form we've created also has a small questionnaire that we will be changing from quarter to quarter asking consumers different questions regarding their wedding tastes, their thoughts on hiring wedding photography services and their experiences with WeddingPhotoUSA. We'll tabulate the findings and pass them on to our members to help them with their own business plans and approaches to generating more business. This information will prove helpful when planing out your business offerings, pricing, marketing tactics, giving you more insight into the minds of consumers purchasing decisions.
Why are we doing this? First we wanted to create more value for our members beyond basic advertising. As we grow into a larger association we'll be providing more value added services, like this contest and newsletter, to help you grow your business. The contest seemed like a natural approach to help you gain insight into consumers purchasing process. Second, with the cost of weddings and wedding photography on the rise we wanted to find a way to help consumers reduce their expenses and use our members photography services. Again adding value to the consumer and to our members. Finally, we want to continually increase traffic to WeddingPhotoUSA and find out more from consumers about what they like and dislike about our service so we can improve the overall experience for them and increase your exposure opportunities.
